O2 Sensor Fix
I've had my megan test pipe for a few months now and recently got a CEL a few weeks ago followed by a maitenence required light. Where can I purchase the fix? Thanks

maintenance required has NOTHING to do with your CEL. it's a mileage based oil change reminder light. that's it. nothing more.
As for your CEL, how do you know it's from the test pipe? did you pull the code? right now you're just assuming it's from the test pipe. you need to go to auto zone or wherever, and borrow their code puller, and pull the code and tell us what it is.

CEL = check engine light
If he is running a testpipe w/o some sort of simulator, he will get a CEL code from it. He may be getting one from something else too, but I am doubting it.

He stated "I have had a megan test pipe for several months now and RECENTLY got a CEL".
If he didn't have some kind of antifouler or something already, he'd have likely gotten the CEL MUCH sooner than he did. Only 2 cycles would be all it would take.
So, there IS a 50/50 chance it is or isn't the test pipe. hence the reason we need the code. so before someone goes "selling" him a fix, let's get the code.
