Default Normal Torque for alt belt tensioner?

I thought the torque on my alt belt tensioner was ok, the manual states no less than 19.3 . I have a beam type torque wrench and althought the reading is lsightly under 20 I cant tell if its below 19.3 or not.

Since the manual states no less than 19.3 I was wondering if anyone remember ever doing this and what there torque was, i think it should prolly be higher than 19.3

Default

i meant the torque applied by the tensioner spring and displayed on torque wrench when the wrench is used to loosten the belt, not torque applied by me onto anything.

thanks for the input though. I know you were trying to be helpful
