01 AP1..shift between 4000 and 4500K... use AMSOIL 10/30 sig series.
Im at 6K miles on this round of amsoil and I have had to add maybe half a quart. I never go more than 3 days without checking my oil tho and always keep the level at the top X.
Amosil is the best IMO... after 6K miles it still feels like it just came out of the bottle.

'03 here. Original owner. 55K miles. Use primarily Mobil One 10W-30. Autocross the car heavily. I go 6K miles between changes and add maybe 1/2 quart typically.
I was careful when I broke it in. Varied the revs and did a lot of engine braking to seat the rings.
