Looks like a head gasket leak to me. Degrease and clean it and keep an eye on it. If it comes back your probably going to be in the market for a new head gasket soon
BTW, I drove about 15 or so miles today after cleaning it and I don't see a leak yet. Is it possible for it to have repaired itself?

The leak is in the timing chain area where the head and block meet. It's an extension area of the head gasket. I would just keep an eye on it.

I have the same problem, but when I noticed it (at 90k miles) it was BAD, much worse then yours is, I'm guessing it had been leaking slightly for at least 20k miles. On mine, it seems the leak is mainly coming from the TCT. I cleaned it with some degreaser about 8k miles ago, and the oil residue has returned, but barely. Just clean it and keep an eye on it, if it takes a long time to return, I think you're fine.
Edit: Found some pictures of when I had this problem.

it looks like a very slow leak in an area that is not super bad. if it doesn't bother you there is no need to spend big bucks to fix it.
just check to make sure that your oil and coolant are not mixing. if it were my car, i would likely not fix it... as long as the leak doesn't get worse.
