Noise when accelerating

It's back!! Drive shaft is tinking when I hit it with my hand.. It's also tinking when under acceleration through every gear and it's super loud when moving from a stop. Can someone help identify if its the drive shaft? Thanks!

Sounds like a baseball card running against a bicycle rim when I accelerate.
Will this affect any other part of the car if I don't replace it soon? Also can anyone point me to a DIY for the propeller shaft.
