Hey,
Well recently i have been hearing a noise like a card in a wheel spoke from the rear, it was very faint i could barely here it over my exhaust. Today i went full throttle and all of a sudden the noise got very very loud.
The car still drives, and the noise comes in or out of gear and during accell and decell
I dont think its the diff, because i can still drive the car, just its a very loud noise.
Maybe a cv joint or driveshaft? I really don't know what sound this makes, and i couldn't find the answer searching.
I am turbo'd, so obviously this has something to do with it.
Any input is appreciated, i will have a video of it up tommorow.
UPDATE: I took the car to honda, and they said it was the diff, maybe a gear chipped or something. They said i would need a new diff from drum to drum. I am not 100% sure what this means, can anyone help?

What I'd do is check the following:
1. Check to make sure all your bolts (driveshaft and half-shaft) are tight (and present!).
2. If the noise occurs primarily when turning it's more likely a problem with the half-shafts.
3. If not 1 or 2, see above - likely a differential issue. It can fail and make noise while still working.

by your description, it's sounds like your TCT, but that noise doesn't come from the rear of the car.
Usually card in a spoke noise= TCT.

I cracked one side of my diffs bearing cap clean-through and the car didn't vibrate. it just got louder and louder until it let go. Drain the fluid and look for chunks.
