Default Noise from driver side rear while at idle? *Video*

Im not sure what the noise is, I tried searching but nothing really came up.

I noticed a slight noise coming from the rear driver side tire area, Im not sure what it is exactly its a very low maybe puffing noise is probably best as I can describe it as coming from the rear driver side tire, its a pretty constant noise, and its only during idle.

Since it was only during idle could this be a exhaust leak? The car is a 04 with about 78k on it.

Edit: It only happens sometimes, but when it does happen the noise is rhythmicly constant and only at idle when the car isn't moving.

Update: I was able to capture a audio/video of the noise and uploaded it to youtube. I got the noise once again while at idle not moving in my driveway, also after I had recorded the noise I rev'd the engine to see if the noise would subside so I rev'd just a little went back to the rear driver side tire and noise was gone.

fuel pump, loose e brake cable shield(would be a rattle type noise). you say its only at idle, while moving or not moving. narrow it down from there.

Not moving, and it maybe a rattle, sounds more like a clunking though.

i think the noise is simply from the throwout bearing/clutch assembley spinning. Could also very well be the tranny spinning because while in neutral the clutch is still engaged. I aslo think you hear the noise by the right rear because that happen to be where the sound waves are easily heard/traveling to.
