Default noise after testpipe install

so after i install my testpipe, i get this gnarly creeking noise.. so my guess is that its the springs on the bolt connecting to the header. if im right, what can i do to remedy this problem? if im wrong, what can it be?

What kind of testpipe?

It could be those spring bolts. Make sure they are nice and tight so they don't have a chance of squeaking

and the spring bolts are tight as can be. to the point where it wont turn anymore.and the springs looked like there was no more room left to compress
