Gentlemen! Thank you for all the assistance. This is where I stand; Radio code was in the glove box, small sticker stuck inside the compartment (Thanks for the heads up!)
VTEC still not working but as I continue to try more things I'll let you know. I did get the code pulled but I doubt it has anything to do with the VTEC issue (O2 catalytic efficiency/Rocker solenoid open). <--- Any info on that? ;p
I'm assuming it's the solenoid because when I got the car originally the owner of the shop I got it from mentioned it was bad but to save money they had "repaired" it instead of ordering a new one. I just don't even know how to go about figuring out if it is that or not. I'll see if I can pull it off and look at the unit and see if it's busted or not. I'll keep you guys posted. If you have any other advice or help, by all means, please share.

That actually has a lot to do with it. It would seem that your rocker arms need to be replaced, the seals are probably shot and you're not getting enough oil pressure to engage vtec. This combined with the and/or problem of the O2 sensor malfunctioning; could be running in limp mode; although I'm not sure if the S2K has a 'limp' mode off the Primary O2 sensor. I know my prelude did. I'd start with making sure the solenoid opens with a 12v power source. If it does then I'd look into the rocker arms.
**Edit: The O2 efficiency could be a result of too much fuel/not enough air when it switches over to the high cam map. So I would attack that part last.
