We have C.O.P. ignition system (Coil On Plug) We dont have secondary spark plug wires.. The primary ciruit has wires however but the loom would keep then from getting mixed up. Have you checked your sensors?

Looks like chrisesteban hasn't looked under the hood.
Because of the way the wiring harness is laid out, I don't even think it's possible to hook the coils up wrong.
You need to see if there are any pulses going to the coilpacks. The ECU should be pulsing one of the two wires to make the coils spark. If they're pulsing then you have spark. It's not enough to have fuel it's got to be within 5 PSI of the correct pressure or it won't work.
I think you should be looking at the crank and cam angle sensors. I'd get the manual and follow the not-start procedure. When it cranks, does it crank the normal speed or faster then normal?

Everytime the motor cranks the battery just keeps draining. The coil pack was put in order b/c they were # when i removed them. Where is the cam angle sensor located?

I'm going to be like your mother and nag you. Grab the shop manual and start trouble-shooting out of it. Procedures for fixing this or that.
There's a crank sensor too, lower, right, front part of the motor if you're looking at it from the front of the car.
