No spark! help please
I just finished up installing a new motor. I also installed my full race gt35 kit. Now that its all back together, the car will not start. I checked for fuel, which is fine. I then checked for spark, and its not getting spark. I have AEM EMS, and I checked under options, and all coils are checked active. I checked the ignition coil fuse, and it is good. I checked all my grounds, and they are all securely fastened. I am at a loss, and would like some advice.
thanks!
thanks!

The stock ecu won't run the 1000cc injectors right . Among my search results I read that cam shaft alignment could cause, as well as the crank sensor , which I will check.

I ended up plugging in the stock ecu to see if i could get spark with it, and i got spark. I then hooked the aem back up, and tried starting, but after a couple turns, something popped real loud in the vicinity of the passenger side fuse box. Smoke was coming out, but by the time I got out of the driver seat to see, I couldn't tell where the smoke was coming from. Now, even with the car jumped with the battery of my other car, it will barely turn over, as if the battery is dead and not hooked up with jumper cables.
I checked all the fuses in the fuse box, and i checked the ignition coil, alternator, and ecu fuses under the dash. All were fine.
I am at wits end here, and getting fed up with this project

If your battery is shorting and arcing against the body it will spark until the battery explodes or is drained. Did you install a fuse near the battery?? If so it would have popped.
