I would agree with Billman, If it started once that means the ground and wiring was connected, you don't need to remove the head again or wiring to redo the chain tension. Check the cam timing and report back!

I am waiving my magic wand right now and it just told me the ground that comes out right about where the wiring goes up to the 1st coil is not connected.

I had this happen not more than 2 weeks ago had fuel good crank but no spark.
checked the book on wiring and found that one ground not hooked up.
connected it and she fired right up.
wow, the ground wasnt hooked up, but it still didnt fire up. There is another ground that looks just like it not to far down the harness that isnt plugged in either, but i cant figure out where that goes. Any ideas? it looks like it could hook up to where the first one is, but it cant reach that far.

Did you take off the valve cover, set the engine to top dead center, and verify the two tick marks on the cam gears are lined up, and facing each other? Also, are the connectors to the two cam sensors on the back of the valve cover plugged in?
yup, everything is lined up perfect. both plugs on the valve cover are connected aswell. ever since the chain, tensioner arm and guide was changed, it hasnt started since. dont know what these guys did to it. and its kind of hard down here cause not really any machanics that know the s2000.

any other ideas?

OK, look and see if the crank position sensor is hooked up. It is the sensor right below the idler pulley on the driver side of the timing chain case. I am also wondering if they left off the crank sprocket that the crankshaft position sensor reads? Pull off the idler pulley, remove the crank position sensor, stick your pinky in the hole and see if you can feel the sprocket.
