Some of you guys worry me.

First off, the F20c is not MAF metered, it is MAP metered.

And you should never rely on the MAP sensor to compensate for the extra fuel, if anything the IAT sensor may add slightly more fuel, but no where near the amount you will need.

ALL dry nitrous systems aside from the NX Incognitio and NOS hidden system add fuel by bumping up the fuel pressure and thus increasing fuel directly through your injectors. This can be beneficial with smaller shots because you are not running fuel through your intake manifold. Doing so can lead to fuel puddling and nitrous backfires.

Since the S2000 uses a MAP and not a MAF, doesn't that make a wet shot pretty much a necessity? Without a MAF how is the engine able to add fuel when introducing only nitrous, ala a dry shot?

Ah-ha, so I was right about no MAF. If you use a window switch then the issue of puddling is greatly reduced. Nitrous backfires happen when you spray at too low an RPM, hit the rev limiter, etc.

Hey guys, I'm pretty new to the whole s2000 community. I just graduated from a 02 Spec V. What is the biggest shot an S2000 can run on its stock fuel pump and injectors? I saw in the thread that the internals are good for a 100 shot but I don't think anyone mentioned what the fuel system could supply enough fuel for.
Thanks in advance,
Rob

Italianbuckwheat has been running nitrous safely for while now. I think he said the max (for long term safety/longevity) was a 50 of 75 shot. you can do a 100, but not consistantly.
