New S2K owner

Trying attachment again... Clutch/Trans was great pulled strong in all gears. No noticeable ticking from engine. 3 owners, looks like it could have been a daily driver, but the seats and overall condition is very good for the age, so it was well taken care of. I am probably pulling the trigger and getting her this week!
After market intake looks to be installed half-ass. Note the shop rag to keep from rattle. It needs to be correctly attached. That's all I could see...

If the motor and tranny sound good and it drives well, don't worry n pick it up. I hope you enjoy your new ride, its a great car.

Much better deal (and car) in my "humble" opinion.
The '06 and later cars benefit from having an ECU that can be tuned. Bolt-ons do add a few ponies (superchargers add a LOT of ponies) but my '06 obtained some significant power enhancements with a Gernby Tune after adding the K&N air box previously pictured and a Tanabe Medalion Touring Exhaust, what the Speed Academy guys put on their track car and refer to as "gentlemanly." They're running the AEM intake but it's very low and subject to water ingestion in some conditions.
As noted the car needs none of this! Induction noise from the K&N and exhaust from the Tanabe are worth the expense merely cause they sound more powerful. The Genrby tune, will make you saw "Wow!" outloud and hold the wheel tighter when VTEC cuts in at 3,600 rpm.
If you're not going to be driving the car in cold weather some Uber-performance tires are beneficial. Spread this all out or you'll get bored and start thinking about painting your wheels green or something equally non-functional.
Valve adjustment, rear axle nut, etc.

Update - Thanks again for the info all. Well, the dealer went from agreeing on a price to trying to get me into a bidding war with another buyer. It felt shady and I walked away. Thankfully, I found a private seller offering an '06 in better shape and 100% stock. I am now a much happier S2K owner!
