New owner new CEL

I bought the car on Sat Oct 3 and yesterday on Oct 7, I have a CEL. The code is P0497; something about emission. I tried to reset the CEL but didn't go away. Only mod I know is the K&N air filter. This is a MY2004.

Help anyone?
