They are for the S and work well. I ordered some decals (yellow to match the car) from ebay to put on the windows advertising I had McGuard seat locks in the hope that would deter someone from destroying my top before they discovered I actually had the locks.
You should think about where you live and how you store your car when it comes to security. Fuel cutoffs can be a good idea. However, even with security systems a knowledgeable thief can make short work of stealing any car. Lojack can be a big help because you will be notified when the theft occurs and you can track the thing fast before it gets chopped up. I am fortunate to have a garage to keep it in and I am reluctant to park the thing overnight ( never have ) in a big city.
Balance that with the age and condition of your car with your local. Good luck.
