I just received an order from HandA-Acessories.com yesterday that should have had 5 of the 15400-PCX-004 oil filters along with a few other items. Instead, they shafted me and substituted the Fram made 15400-PLM-A02 filters. The invoice even has the PCX filters checked off with an ink pen that they were packed and no substitute was noted. This was deliberate on their part and just burns me up that they rip people off so casually. Good thing that there are other places to buy parts and accessories from. Live and learn, I guess.

Yep, I will do business from Hardtop Guy from now on. I received an email from HandA which said my order was 'mis-pulled'. Yeah right! Oops I just mis-pulled my future business too!

Yes, they claim that they will make it good. If they had refused, I would simply have contacted VISA and disputed the charges. I found this experience surprising as I've never had an issue with ordering from them before.

yeah i curious since i was going to place an order with them.
in one experience i bought a heatshield for the windshield and there was a cut in it. nothing too bad and that would affect the function but they sent me a new one free of charge and told me just to keep the other. that kind of service is important to me regardless of being the cheapest or not.
anyway, glad everything work out for you...
