Is there a brand on this filter? If it is made by Toyo Roki or Filtech, it is a good filter. If it says Fram, it is a bad filter.

Pretty much only what you can see in the pictures.

only brand that I can see is HONDA printed in white writing on the filter.
Red Sticker says made in Japan. Honda motor parts company.

There may be some additional writing under the sticker.

Ahh OK strecthing the plastic a bit I can see TOYO ROKI MFG PTY LTD printed on the filter.

But do TOYO ROKI also make the incorrect size filters? Is the issue more along the lines of contruction material rather than design/size ?

I am pretty sure that they are all the same dimensions. They are relatively small.

Can't find it now. I think that is the filter used for the S2K in the US before the PCX-004 was introduced. I can't remember the old part numbers right now. My car came with a Toyo Roki, but it wasn't the 15400-PLC-004.

Anyhoo, my filter is the same size as the one in your pic.
