2 way is pretty damn aggressive for a street-driven S2000. Probably a 1 or 1.5 way is a better way to go, no? I know that most drifters use a 2 way as it helps to get the ass out in lift throttle conditions.

No.

The differential carrier itself is not the only weak point. The bearing caps have broken on many peoples' cars (and will break just as easily with an aftermarket LSD). Also, the inner CV joints seem to be an EXTREME weak point. While I've still only heard of a few people having catastrophic cv failures, myself and several others have had premature wear of our inner cv's cause strong vibrations in the car.

Bottom line: if you wanna launch at 6500 rpms, you better look into retrofitting a Ford 9" to the back of your car.

They have RSX LSD..and the car hasn't been out for 2 years already...so LSD for s2k must be very well developed..now about RSX...i guess it's okay

What do you want to bet this is just like the Spoon diff and its a repackaged/rebadged KAZZ differential.

I would have thought that too, but the diff they show in the picture doesn't look like my Kaaz diff.

BTW, I'm coming up on 20,000 trouble-free miles with my Kaaz diff. While it's still operating perfectly, I'm starting to hear that ticking sound in the back of my head because I know it's only a matter of time before I have to tear it all apart again and change the clutches in it. It's not showing any signs of wear, but I've heard the clutches are only good for 50k or so, so I'm starting to feel the rebuild looming overhead.
