Ouch, no offense to Inline Pro (they produce some very nice turbo manifolds), but that setup is a disaster waiting to happen. Rising rate regulator, extra thick headgasket and a VAFC? No timing control?
Why spend all that time and money to make that much power on a stock ECU and bottom end? Talk to cjb80 about the futility of that approach in the long run.

p.s. - a 12:1 FMU at 18 psi wants to see over 200 psi of fuel pressure - guess the pump was running out of capacity since it isn't rated for that high a pressure.
