They put a new color cap and label on the old formula! Voila, new and improved!!!

Actually I'm still waiting for a real analysis/breakdown to determine how "new" this stuff really is. Opinions are too subjective on all these "tranny fluid" posts lately, so real impirical data is all I have left to believe.

how long or often do u guys change fluids?
It depends on the milage. I put about 5K per year, so I change the oil and tranny [gm stuff ] at the same time. the diff has LE607 and will last 10-15k

Just put the new Honda MTF in this morning ... it's a difference I can feel. I had redline in for 8K and was never really happy. Then went to GM FM SM for about 10 K and again was happy at first but the tranny lost that 'hot knife through butter' feel... the new Honda MTF feels really smooth...smoothest I've ever felt this unit... hopefully it will last.

Ive had redline mtf in mine for the past 1500 miles. It sucks when cold, but once it warms up its pretty good. Im gonna try the honda mtf and see if it helps at all upon initial cold driving

I switched back to original MTF last weekend from GM syncromesh FM, and its horrible. So difficult to get into any gear when cold after releasing the clutch and coming to a stop. I hate it!! Even after 20k miles the Gm fluid was worlds better
