Oil analysis: Motul Xcess 8100 5w-40
Flashpoint ASTM D 93 (°C) - 108
ISO 3771 (mg KOH/g) - 9,23
Fosfor (P), (Ut.%) - 0,0873

my mechanic didnt have a lot of time to work on finding the cause for this failure so i took it to other mechani......and he found corosion/rust on bearing....thats why they almost completely fell apart...
We are almost 100% that this was the cause of main bearing failure, rust on bearings.

highly doubt Honda will accept responsibility for corrosion/rust, which is indicative of water in the engine, something that would be entirely blamed on the user and not the manufacturer.

update....
We took the bearings and showed them at the honda service/dealership. It was confirmed that there was a lot of rust on the bearings. We tried to pry the top coat with screwdriver and its just pealing off with no effort. Oil was fine, there was no indication that water or coolant was in the oil. Honda dealership approved that and now we just have to gather all the photo documentation, receipts, reports, and email it to honda dealership so they can replace my failed engine

Looks like the place where you bought the engine, had it improperly stored. In a very damp place. Or a place that saw water.
