There should be 0-1/4" of freeplay at the pedal. 1/4" is easier to shoot for. Adjust your master cylinder at the pedal. I'm confident that's your problem.

No problem. Should only take like 5 or 10 mins. Much easier than dropping the trans.
Although, to be fair, you may prepare yourself to drop the trans at some point shortly anyway. The Exedy clutch is known to be problematic. But....then again...my friend had one in his car for 3 years of beating the crap out of it and it was fine lol.

Check the freeplay on the pedal first. I had my clutch installed by a master mech (Jordan) and I had slight slipping after a few days and Jordan immediately told me to adjust the freeplay. Absolutely did the trick!
If it doesn't go away after that, then you might have to pull the tranny to troubleshoot.

I'm fairly certain this is your issue OP.

I am thrilled to report...it was the free play. I had to back it off a bit. Was too tight. Clutch is 110 percent now. Feels awesome. I'm glad I didn't glaze my disc driving it like that !! Thanks for the help guys. Freaking awesome!!!
