new clutch recommendations

Get an AP1 flywheel, OEM clutch disc and ACT HD pressure plate (and of course OEM for the rest of the stuff while you are down there). Probably the best street setup that will last a long while. If you are anywhere near Tennessee, I would recommend you get Jordan to do it all for you! Top notch mechanic with intimate knowledge of the S2K. If you are near NY, of course get Billman if you can.

OEM FTW.
The Honda clutch disc, pressure plate, release bearing, release bearing guide, pilot bearing, and ht urea grease are what you'll want to order from Honda. Figure like $600ish from a honda parts website like bernardiparts.com
Aftermarket clutches usually have hub spring breakages/issues. For street driving, a ceramic disc likely wont last too long. Race clutches are better for dedicated track use. But will wear prematurely on the street. Plus you also risk engine thrust bearing wear with the increased pressure plate spring force.

The ACT HD PP can handle more power than the OEM one. If you never plan on increasing power, all OEM is fine. If you do plan on boosting in the near future, get the ACT HD PP to handle it. Everything else can and should be OEM.

Either OEM everything if you aren't planning on going FI in the future, or ACT HD PP and OEM everything else if you do plan on going FI in the future. As long as its not a bonkers FI build then the ACT PP will hold it.
And when we say OEM, we mean OEM. Like from Honda. Nothing that says "OEM style", nothing that says Exedy, nothing that costs 1/2 the price from eBay.
