New Clutch

In my experience, CC, clutch master, exedy style oem/ebay, and all other non-oem clutches have been horrible.
The only PP I recommend over oem is ACT or Mugen. They are modified oem units and their reliability shows over many many years.
Any chromoly flywheel will also work fantastic. ACT Prolite is a heavy favorite, as well as comptech, toda.
Avoid aluminum flywheels. Heat concentrates on the drill hole edges, raising them like a shaving razor.
My current mileage (track, autox, dragon, drifting) on my ACT PP/all oem setup is 127,000 miles (137k on the car, clutch put in at 10k). It still operates like the day I installed it. I can't say enough how good these parts are.

Much thanks! You confirmed my suspicions. I know Mugen Motorsports has been around for a long time. I kinda view them being similar to Alpina is to BMW. Nice to know about ACT, hadn't heard of them.
Think I'll stick to Honda OEM.

I can vouch for the crap quality of the "OEM replacement" Exedy clutches. I replaced my clutch ~30k miles ago with an Exedy replacement and Honda OEM flywheel. I have had the most horrible clutch buzz I've ever experienced since almost day 1. It's also developed a grinding/rubbing that I can feel through the pedal. I imagine its either a bad bearing or lack of lubrication somewhere, but I can't access where the issue is occuring. I lubricated every movement point I could get to without taking apart the transmission, and replaced the master/slave (car has 152k miles on it so it can't hurt).
Good to know that OEM is widely recommended as the best solution. I tried to go cheap last time with the Exedy OEM replacement (~$275 off amazon for the PP, disk, and bearings) and now its going to cost me even more money by having to replace everything again after only ~30k miles. Live and learn I guess.
