took me and a friend about 3 hours to install my neuspeeds..

gernby, 9kfromheaven came up to Austin to help us all install springs in one of the Austin guys cars, and he managed to do it in about an hour. Albeit he has a bit of experience, but it is possible.

We managed to install those, CAI, and exhaust in about three hours.

Hehe, I'm a little thickheaded, so the definitive answer would be no, I do not need a spring compressor to install H&Rs with the stock showas? Thanks!

Its pretty much the same process as civic/integra springs. The bolts up top in the back are harder to get to (cuz of fuel fill lines).

anyone know of a site or diagram of an s2000 suspension or a tutorial, my friends and i have done many civics n integras, even mistubishis(sp). how hard is it compared to them or is it the same?

I think there is a "How To" for installing coilovers in the Library. The process will be similar.

I purchased the newspeed first and they stunk then I bought the H&R's and they are awesome..
