In other words, it wasn't a 0 weight oil.

Once you mix a 0 weight oil with a higher weight oil, it ceases to be a 0 weight oil.

What is a significant increase in wear? Anyone who puts a 0 weight oil in a motor designed for a 30 or higher weight hot rating for an almost immeasurable increase in power at the expense of reliability is a fool. "All out racers" use Redline and Motul.

Oh- and "lying" is the right word.

Rick-

Once upon a time I was the third largest JUN USA distributor.

I have a VAST knowledge of NEO oil.

I do not use NEO oil.

For the S2000, NEO Synthetic is a waste of time and effort.

For drag "racing", 0 weight NEO oil is used on a per_run basis- changed EVERY run. There's a very good reason why that is so.

I have no axe to grind with NEO. Redline and Motul oils remain the standards that people should use IF they want a higher sheer strength oil over that of Mobil 1, keeping in mind that Mobil 1 is good enough for 99% of the street driven cars, including those from Bowling Green and Stuttgart.

If you're using a 0 weight oil to "spool up" the turbo, you're using the wrong turbo.

Or you can buy into the hype.
