Need troubleshooting map for P0410
In my continuing quest to have a running car with NO warning lights on the dash...
After the whole replacement TB fiasco, the latest code to be pulled from my ECU is P0410 (Secondary Air Injection System Malfunction), and the CEL has been staring me in the face for the last couple of weeks (when I find the time to actually drive somewhere).
Alas, my online service manual does not list any troubleshooting diagram for this code (at least not one I can find), so does anyone out there have one? Is there one in the printed Helms Manual?
Thanks!

It's usually just a loose hose Check all the little hoses in/around your TB (and where the hoses lead to). It will also pop (pretty sure) this code if some of the hoses are cross connected...

Thanks, Lude... I should be able to piece together anything I need for pics from my online manual. I'm hoping this one is easy to track down, not like the TB problem.
yogi, Nothing has changed since the code showed up, so it's definitely not a corss-connected hose. It could be a loose hose from all of the moving and shaking of stuff during the multiple TB installations/removals, but I haven't been able to find one yet.

MacGyver, I feel silly telling you, of all people, to trace the lines as per this thread:

But you just never know. All it takes is one cracked connection that you might not see on initial inspection and that's your CEL. A lot simpler than going through those tedious steps.

I've checked everything under the hood as closely as possible, but I don't see anything that would be leaking. With the CAI, there's plenty of room to look, too.
One place I have yet to check, though, is around the air pump itself. I know that hose was tugged on preety hard during all of my attempts at fixing the TB issue, so it's possible that one pulled away from the pump. I need to fix my air horns (again), so I might as well take care of that while the bumper is off.
