Have you followed and traced those lines as suggested? What do you find along the way?

ok its confirmed. checked it over today considering ive been "educated". The 2 vacuum lines coming from like the valve cover area are not there, there is no vacuum line plugged into that big thing in the support bar and that plug has nothing to plug into so pretty much, the old owner maybe ate that piece which i gotta replace and reput all the lines. :S The lines are cheap, that one way valve or bleeder whatever it is on one of the vacuum lines is 26 CAD from honda and that solenoid thing is 200 CAD. yay...more expenses. Thanks a lot for all of your help everyone. Now when i get these parts, i gotta look through all the pics and see what vacuum line goes to what

Now, you have to ask, "Why did the CEL not come on?" You need to find out what has been disconnected to prevent the CEL from coming on. Without that vacuum circuit, it is almost a guarantee that the CEL will come on.

ya it did. we reset it 2 days ago and the car hadent turned on till today again and when i turned it on, the CEL light came on and we reset it again for cosmetic purposes until I get it fixed. The car was towed today to my friends shop and its gonna sit there for a month so the light wont be coming on considering the car wont be turned on but anyways, im gonna fix it definetly within the week
