need to pull ABS code
i was removing the coilovers and i think i stretched one of the ABS sensor cable. i think i know which one it is but i want to pull the code and make sure before i buy the sensor. is there a way to pull the code without going to the dealer.

You can pull them with the old short the pins in the ODBII port method. The helms manual covers it as well.

this is the instruction i used from the manual but i used a piece of wire instead of the PGM tester. the ABS stays on and does NOT blink, so i can't get the ABS code.
Service Check Signal (SCSI Circuit Method)
1. With the ignition switch OFF, connect the Honda PGM Tester (A) to the 16P data link connector (DLC) lB) undert he passenger's side in the dashboard.
2. Short the SCS circuit to body ground using the Honda PGM Tester.
3. Turn the ignition switch ON (ll) without the brake pedal pressed.
NOTE: lf the brake pedal is pressed when turning the ignition switch ON { ll), the system shifts to the DTC clea ring mode.
4. The blinking frequency indicates the DTC. DTCs are indicated by a series of long and short blinks. One long blink equals1 0 short blinks. Add the long and short blinks together to determine the DTC. After determining the DTC, refer to the DTC
TroubleshootingIn dex.
NOTE:
. lf the DTCi s not memorized,t he ABS indicator
will go off for 3.6 seconds, and then come back
on.
. lf the ABS indicator stays on, troubleshoot for
"ABS indicator does not go off" (see step 1 on
page 19-57).
The svstem will not indicate the DTC unless these
conditions are met:
. The brake oedal is not pressed,
. Thei gni t ions wi tchi st urnedO N { l l ) ,
. The SCS circuit is shorted to body ground before
the igni t ions wi tchi st urnedO N ( l l ) .

So if you just start the car and drive is a block or two, will the ABS light still be lit?
is there only one SCS connector? the yellow plug on under the dash on the driver side connected to the fuse box?
i found this video on youtube but it's for a prelude. the SCS connector on the s2k is in a different location.

The SC connector is the ODBII port. Pins 4 and 9 shorted. The same as you would use to be the flash code for a check engine light. In fact you can get the EPS codes from here too.
also, i just did a continuity test on all the sensors and the passenger rear had an open circuit. it's also the one that i knew for sure i stretch while removing the control arm.
