AZ-S2000

I have a short somewhere that keeps blowing the ACG Fuse under the dash. Found some wires on the harness that had electrical tape over it, meaning its been fked with. Surely enough I found these, pretty sure this isn't factory Honda job here. Anyone know what these wires are/goto? Or where I can find a diagram on them? Suggestions on finding source of the short?

There are the two brown wires spliced into one, red/black spliced into one, and 3-yellow wires spliced into 1 wire o_O

Never mind. Looks like this is normal on S2Ks. Checked out a few and had the same thing going on. Well, still stuck with an ACG (15A) Popping under the dash.
