I think its the wheel bearing but i may be wrong

nah it only comes from the right rear wheel

well, i would start a brake inspection and then change the wheel bearing/hub.

nah cant be the tire because the day it started i was running old tires then went to a new set and it still making that noise, also i wasnt hiting the brakes when that noise happens even when the brakes r added it still makes the noise btw it only does it when u slow down/let off the gas

It seems like you have the symptoms of a bad wheel bearing. Another clue is if you hear it when making slow turns like in a parking lot, but only when you turn the direction that loads up the bad bearing (left turns in this case). It's hard to tell from the video, my bad bearing made a metallic scratching/scraping sound.

Agree with the brake inspection though, it's quick and although unlikely, you might find a rock stuck in the caliper or something. You can also try tightening the axle nut, it's not a permanent fix but if the noise goes away you know it's the hub/bearing.
