need help trouble shooting

Default need help trouble shooting

ok i installed the head and hooked everything up. i checked all the plugs, hoses, timing, and valve clearances. when i go to turn it on is wants to start and almost does but it doesnt. any ideas?

What are you missing, fuel spark or compression? Once you figure that out, work backwards. Does it turn over normally or does it seem quicker than normal? If it spins fast, that means no compression which probably means the timing chains are on wrong.

i pulled the cylinder one spark plug and hooked it up to the coil pack and wires, it showed no spark, checked cylinder 2 with the same results im going to trace the wires back and see what i uncover...

check G101 in the back of the cylinder head, its kinda hidden
