There is a little trigger on the far left side of the connector opposite the bracket that holds it (top of connector in relation to photo). Squeeze it and pull it away from the other connector.

You know I sat here and studied the picture for a while and realized I was pulling the wrong connector the whole time! I was squeezing the release tab but was pulling on the right connector. Stupid.

And then I saw your reply DC, that confirmed it! Thanks man.

Cool, I got the air fuel ratio sensor swapped out. Even by squeezing the release tab really hard and then pushing it down with a screwdriver shaft I still couldn't get the connector off, plus the really tight space didn't help. The problem was that the two connectors were stuck together pretty tight so I had to pry them apart with a thin bladed screwdriver.

There is also a release tab on the right connector. If you push it away from the connector, and push toward the center of the car, it will release it from the bracket. It makes it easier because you can move the connectors to a better spot to push the trigger and separate them.

Yeah I found that eventually as well and that would have helped! But this will never happen again, "cause it's a Honda!"

Wick: I replaced the air fuel ratio sensor.
