I'm still deciding what to get for tuning. Probably the perfect power smt-6. It has fine resolution for fuel, and can adjust timing and vtec.... only $500. I talked to hondata and they said "NO"......

Why not a Apexi VAFC? They range from 270-350 New. You can adjust your VTEC and almost everything else.

the VAFC does not do timing, and my car is running rich, which mean I may be able to get a little bit more advance before detonation.....also the maps are finer resolution, and it has a lot of other features, like controlling extra injectors if I ever go injected nitrous and things like that...... I think the VAFC is fine, but I'm a control freak...... that's really the reason

Wicky what was the system that you said you wanted to get? I don't believe i've ever heard of it. If it can do all that sounds like a pretty good deal.

www.perfectpower.com I hadn't heard about them until recently. I believe sunder is using one on his car. I plan to PM him and ask how he likes it sometime. I probably won't buy a computer for a couple months yet......

Ya, pretty cool. Im intersted in what kind of gains are to be had with that setup. But your dyno results are pretty good, how many miles do you have on your car? Cause I hear as you break it in more your power increases.

The first time i dynod my car was when i had 4500 on a dyno jet at Import Builders, I got 195 hp and 135 torq with AEM CAI, Spoon Header/ Exhaust. Prolly should have gotten a lil more but my car didn't have time to cool down before it was my turn.
