Go to sears and buy a screw extractor set.

if it is the allen screws on the plug covers then i have two shade tree mechanic options for you:
1) get some metal epoxy. mix it up. put some in the stripped allen screw. put your allen wrench in the stripped screw with epoxy in it. slap on more epoxy on it. glob it on. put as much as you can. let it cure completely. then go ahead and try to take it off. but now your allen screw and wrench is garbage.
2) get a torx bit that is one size larger then the stripped allen screw. make sure you use a quality torx bit. snap on, matco, KD and the like. do not atttempt with cheapo parts store brand bits. place the torx bit on the allen screw and hammer it in so that it carves it's way in. now go ahead and unscrew it.
#2 has always worked for me. #1 has failed on me twice before.
