OK.. Here are some vids, the best that I could get of my problem. If anyone can see if they have the same sound.. then maybe we can figure it out.

(you will have to turn up speakers a little bit to hear) I have stock exhaust, so most/all of the noise is this vibration/rattle thing.

This first one, at about the 1.5 second mark, I let off the gas pedal all the way, and then the buzzing starts. Its about 3k rpm when letting off. It'll do it a bit more if I feather the gas letting off.

This one i let off at about the same spot. You can start to hear the more vibration part near the end.

70mph is about 30mph more than where 2nd gear redlines.
Get your valve retainers and valves checked ASAP.
He's got an AP1 so 70 MPH isn't even close to 30 MPH over the rev limit. It's more like 10 MPH or less over the rev limit with his car. Still, I'd be taking a look at the retainers.

I don't hear anything that sounds the way my clutch does when it buzzes, so I hope someone else can hear something in your videos that I'm missing. When my clutch buzzes I can stop it by taking the slack out of the clutch pedal with light pressure. Does the noise you're hearing go away if you take the play out of the clutch pedal by pressing it down slightly?

I havent tried pushing on the pedal a little bit, but I can try.

I know the videos are not great... its pretty damn loud when in the car, not sure why it didnt show up well in the videos.

Yeah, well I do have the clutch buzz... at higher RPMs.

From what I have eliminated, I am guessing that it is one of the following problems:

Clutch or pressure plate, possibly broken
Tailshaft bearings in tranny
Pinion Bearing in the rear diff

I took off the center console cover though, and it didnt seem any louder (what someone said a tailshaft bearing would sound like). Unfortunately, I think I also have a bad wheel bearing on the passenger side, still need to confirm 100% with a stethescope before ordering parts, but at least that will hopefully eliminate a little of the sound. I am trying to find a spare diff to swap out and see if thats my buzzing sound, but no luck on a cheaper one.

i have the exact same sound in my ap2 with 7k miles, i noticed it usually occurs after i vtec, the sound in the video is very faint, but i have the same noise and knew what to look for. I always thought that was the clutch buzz everyone was talking about?? It usually always goes away whenever the clutch is pressed, and only happens on decels and accels in 2nd from almost a dead stop. Now you got me worried!!

well.. the buzz/vibration i have that isnt the clutch buzz that I know of happens below 3k... and in any gear. I guess 1st and 2nd are a bit louder/more noticeable.
