Default need help with mugen hardtop

So I bought a vis mugen replica hardtop. The fitment is pretty good and everything about it is great, but my only problem is the rubber that seals the driver and passenger windows from water getting in. The rubber the kit came with is cheap and didn't work very well :-( I was wondering could I use the oem rubber from my softtop and put it on the hardtop since they both look like the same size or does anyone know what I should do or what they did to fix this problem... maybe getting the rubber from the oem hardtop?

I took the rubber from my soft top and put it on the hardtop

takes patience but works way better then the crap you get with the hardtop IMO

of course I would think the OEM hardtop window seals would work just as good

Sounds like what I am going to do.. one question tho... how did you get it to stick in there?
And does it stay in there well?

HAHA.. I have to say the top looks really good on silverstone.. Ill post u some pics once I get it instaled right and the window seals up. The shop I had install my plexiglass were very cool. They told me the plexiglass I got with my kit was very thin and could fly out when driving with the windows down. They cut me a new piece of plexiglass that was darker and matched my 20% tint and also was thicker for safety. Did it all for 10 dollars more then what they8 would charge me for the install!!! since they liked my car haha. saved me like 100 dollars since i didnt have to get the clear plexiglass tinted ... Which was going to be tinted with cheap static tint that would easyly fall off since that is the only way to tint plexiglass.. highly recommend these guys if you live in the midwest and need a plexiglass.
