Default Need help with intermittent electrical problems!

So my 2000 S2000 has quickly been developing more and more on and off again electrical problems. They are:
- Speedometer reading about %15 lower than actual speed (this changes back to normal when I push the clutch in after several seconds)
- The A/C would almost randomly blow between cold and warm air w/o the blower turning off. I found that if i accelerate to about 3000 RPM, that is when the condenser would turn off. Now the cold air and the condenser wont occur at all.
- The Radiator fans on occasion will not turn off after turning off the car. It will stay on until either I temporarily remove the controlling relay, or it drains the battery.
- And last, for some reason on occasion, not all the time, the car will just die or stall out when my comes to a stop or when I push in the clutch and hold it in neutral while the car is moving.

I read this... https://www.s2ki.com/s2000/topic/950...-issues-hellp/ and attempted to do the same, but I can't find the 3rd grounding wire set, just the two on the side wall. After this I still have all the same problems, but when I turn the A/C on I can hear the relays controlling the condenser fans and radiator fans clicking loudly from try to switch on and off quickly and doesn't stop until I press the A/C button again and turn it off.

Please help. I've gone to dealerships and several mechanics who have not been able to find the solutions to the problems.
