Need help.....how to reset ECU

RT- Just got that from s2000 news. That was the first thing that I said when I read it. Then later it was more like duh!!!
I am talking only about resetting the light which will go off at times if you do not take the stook to the shop for service. If I am not mistake this will light up at intervals to remind you for the service. If you do your own you will want to reset.
You're right the back flow may be causing the lack of throttle response- but I don't know how to fix- just know that my friend had similar problems when he installed a new exhaust on his civic. I'll try to get in touch with him to see what he did to fix.
Whether or not this would bring the light on is another question which I do not know.
Maybe some more expertise out there on a/m exhausts that could help you.

thanks for the info...it was very helpful....
the funniest thing happened.....the lack of throttle response has
dissappered...gone....vanish....car is running fine again....
i believe that the computer fixed itself...i've heard the ECU
will adjust to changes....is this true..??

Yes, Honda ECUs have a bit of "Learn" ability ... Gets awhile to be used to new settings but if they're not too drastic changes that will affect the ECU stock mapping then it shouldn't be a problem.
