Default need help and diagnosis.

Hello.

I'm having some trouble with my my07 laguna blue. Everything was fine, until I did my own oil change. Just as I was finishing my oil change and resetting the computer by pressing the trip button... I turned on the car and my radio wouldn't turn on. I noticed a red-blinking anti-theft light on the right top of the oem stereo. It didn't blink to add the code for the security issue. It was just plain blank with the red anti-theft light blinking. I went to honda and said that they couldn't even add the code and fix it and that my radio was done.

I also noticed that when I tried to plug in my phone to my charger by using the cigarette lighter on the middle compartment, that my phone wasn't charging. I don't know if this is part of the problem, but I went to best buy and bought me an aftermarket deck and tried installing it myself.

I did everything that I was supposed to, to install the headunit, but there was still no response on the radio.

I checked the fuse under the steering wheel and it was still good.

Has anyone had this problem before or am I having electrical issues with the deuce?

I need help.

10A accessory under the hood typically blows. Easy to replace, but the bigger issue is why its blowing. The radio is a 15A yet is also on the 10A, I think for when the car is off. Overloading the accessory fuse will kill the radio too.
