Just a shot.....reading thru all the posts,it seems the only thing that I could see could be wrong at this point is the ground. If the sensor is ok and the clearances are ok. It may be worth a shot to just run the jumper from the engine to the body/neg. I've had bad ground connections that test ok but under load aren't. The most perplexing problems I have had with wiring are ground problems. I'll keep thinking!!!!!!!Best of luck!!!!!!

After a couple months of frustration, the car is finally back up and running. No CEL, and pulling stronger the a 300lb Gorilla. The problem turned out to be something incredibly stupid. It was the cams. Turns out the pin that holds the cam plates in was bent ever so slightly. When I say ever so slightly, I mean a tiny fraction of a mm. This was some how causing the cam plate to spin unstably at high rpms, but was not noticable at low rpms or with the engine off. The plate itself was on tight no movement what so ever but that little pin was bent when the shop was swapping out the Toda cams for stock cams they noticed this and bent it back. Decided to give it another try and BAM car ran fine. I've driven about 1000 miles now with lots of 9k dashes and no problems at all. It's amazing how the smallest things can cause the biggest problems. Here's the puzzling part the cam plates have been on the cams from the moment I received them from Hams2000. They've never come off, so I am at a loss as to why that pin got bent. If any of you have ever seen the stock cams without the plate you will notice this pin. It is not really something that easily could have gotten bent.
