Mine did I bought them used from HamS2000 and they were already installed on them. BTW, I wasn't clear, the Toda head has been on for 500 miles the cams have been on for 2000.

Ok, I'm not trying to steal your thread, but did HamS2000 ever finish his killer NA build-up? I'm guessing if you bought the head from him, he never did it?

Two tests of the sensors are mentioned in the Helm's manual: 1) test the resistance of each sensor, 1,850 to 2,450 ohms and 2) check each sensor to ground at the connector going to the sensor.
Replace the sensor if it is out of the resistance specs or if there is any resistance to ground. In working with magnetic sensors of this type, they seem to be more failure prone at a higher rpm. Cleanliness of the sensor and the reluctor is essential to the proper working of this device. The proper clearance is vital, also. I didn't see anything in the Helm's manual about the clearance, though.

Ok folks, I am totally stumped and so is Defender. We did everything in the Helms manual all 10 steps.
Adjusted the valves to spec
Checked the gap on the spark plugs and torqued properly
Checked the Cam Sensors
Check all the sensors for the correct resistance and ground
Swaped the Sensor for a working one
Swaped ECUs
Nothing, no matter what I still get a CEL P1361 a little after VTEC engages.
