Need help diagnosing clunk in rear end

The problem was me rushing reinstallation, the swap itself addresses the pitting issue which is independent of the clunk. The clunk is a known quirk with our cars, but if it gets excessive it would probably be a bad CV joint or bucket. Worst case scenario is leaving you on the side of the road and out $100 for a used OEM axle from ebay. My diff mounts went bad, and got worse before I fixed them, they caused the car to buck quite a bit, similar to a broken motor mount. The fluid came out of the back right (maybe back left as well) and the front right diff mount bushing had a large tear. 100% worth the money for new OEM mounts.

I replaced the diff bushes and the bucking was substantially less and the noise was still there, I'm quite convinced it may be the diff as it has the clunk and a gear type noise when on very light throttle at speed
