Need help diagnosing clunk in rear end
I have 2001 ap1 s2000 and currently the rear end clunks when changing gears and powering on and off at speed, all oils have been changed, all bolts checked and nothing else is loose, diff bushes replaced as they had splits, not sure if its a diff problem, UVjoints or axle/driveshaft problem, has anyone else had a similar problem and fixed it? Any help diagnosing it would be greatly appreciated

Yeah I know the noise they make, more of a click noise when taking off because currently the left nut does that. This is more of a metal on metal rocking like something rocking back and forth on its self when there is a jolt in power

Also when I say it does it changing gear it not too often happens changing up but changing down gears is when it's worse, when the rev change happens

It is the CV joint changing direction. My S2000 has always done it, got a bit loud when I did the CV bucket swap and put the axle back in with 2 out of 3 bearings on the tripod lol.

Does the cv bucket swap generally help this problem?

Also check that your diff bushings are not split. They have liquid in them and sometimes they dry, crack and all the liquid leaks out. CV swap should help if yours are pitted fairly bad.
