Default Need Help Diagnosing This...

As luck would have it, just as I'm getting ready to put the S away for the winter I'm suddenly having an issue w/ it not starting. One day everything seemed normal and now it's not. Car will turn over, but there seems to not be any spark. I pulled the old plugs - a little rich, but nothing out of the ordinary and still gapped properly. No oil in the spark plug cylinders, but noticed slight condensation on top the pistons looking through the spark plug cylinders (not sure if that's significant). Purchased/gapped new plugs and the car started, but during idle white smoke appeared consistently from the exhaust, (e.g. head gasket smoke?) I gave it a bit of throttle and then it died. No CEL.

Couldn't stand the frustration, so I left it alone for a couple of days.

Recently came back to it. By now the condensation aired out, the car started but the idle was jumping and white smoke appeared from the exhaust w/ a CEL (misfiring):

Hooked up my obd2 scanner and did a compression test
(no access for leak down at the moment):

Cyl 1: 210
Cyl 2: 220
Cyl 3: 230
Cyl 4: 225

CEL Codes:
P0301
P0302
P0303
P0304
P1399

Cleaned up the iacv (Billman way), cleared codes, reset ecm...idles normal, white smoke cleared, no CEL but when I drive it is misfiring and breaking up BAD. It wouldn't rev pass 3k and died while pulling up to my house. It's not drivable.

I've consulted the 'misfire thread' already. Not sure if it's a potential valvetrain issue or what. Billman onceover was done about 6k miles ago (valves/retainers checked out ok + valves adjusted accordingly). Stock ap1 motor - approx 85k mi.

Not sure what's the next step.

Strangely enough, I didn't fuel up. Forgot to mention, it rained the night prior to all of this initially happening. I suspected water may have been in the fuel line, so I did purchase a bottle of HEET water remover and used it while cleaning the iacv, clearing the codes, resetting the ecm. So it may have helped, not sure. Haven't been able to fill up as it was not drivable. Gas is currently at 1/4 tank.

Drain the tank, let dry, refill with gas?
