I have an 06, so no cruise control issues.
The tank came with some generic brackets, but
I'm not sure what's safe to attach to...
Anyone have photos/tips on what to bolt to?

bump. Any pics of the Cusco oil catch tank installed? The blurry pictures in the 3 instructional pages the thing came with aren't very helpful in Japanese for me

So, I need to remove the cruise control module to install this? I can't bolt it back on after the cusco bracket and tank are on the car?

I understand the bracket is for RHD, anyone with the Cusco AP1 model with bracket successfully put it on a LHD?

Just finished installing one, so will upload the pics in a min on my other computer and give you a little guide

Also if you don't have enough room just put it on the other side of the cruise control or even next to the battery for the LHD cars...

As you can see in the 3rd pic there is a corner where the tower is welded together... my bracket rests in that corner so it's flush and looks pro... It was a universal kit for the cusco can that I bought the modified with bending and cutting etc. Then sprayed it with some Ford Fiesta Aquarius Blue paint (perfect cusco match) then bolted into the tower with nylon locking nuts as I felt the nuts that came with the kit COULD vibrate lose...

Just need to purchase some tubing and fittings etc to fit the kit... I don't want ANY chance of oil getting in my intake once I clean it so I will be joining the 2 outlets of the cam cover together with a T piece which then goes to the catch can, and a following outlet from the can to atmosphere...

You don't have to remove the cruise control I simply removed the stupid airbox resonator sealing the small hole it left. It's held together for 6 years now BTW mines a Greddy but its basically the same thing.
