Default Need Help! Cold morning start!

My car is MY2002 with 7000miles. Sometimes, when I start the car at the cold morning, it feels like going to die(not enough fuel). When I took it to the Honda dealer, they said everything was ok. Of course they said ok, because I started the car already.

(Sorry for my poor english)

This has been reported by many owners in the last couple of years, myself included. Assuming that there is nothing seriously wrong with the car, it will "learn". During certain kinds of seasonal temperature changes (also humidity, air pressure, etc) the ECU gets a bit confused with the new sensor readings. Mine does this every fall almost without fail when the temps start to get a bit colder. After about 4-5 cold starts with me doing nothing in the way of trying to "save" it (do NOT try to compensate with throttle), the ECU learns what it must do to avoid the "stumbling". With mine, it will not do it again till the next fall. If you try to "help" it, it will not learn as quickly. It needs to figure out how to compensate for the low rpm stumble.
In the off chance that it does not learn, then you can suspect a more serious issue and I would start by "whacking" the MAP sensor and resetting the ECU. But give it a few days to see if it'll "smarten up".

you could always try resetting the ecu, and let it "learn" from there... or i think there might be an idle control adjuster thing. -- i don't know where that is...

Mine does it as well, but only in the winter when we're talking <15 degrees.

I have a slightly different issue, and I'm pretty sure I've always had this one. After I start the car when it (the car) is cold, if I use the accellerator and let off (neutral or clutch pushed in) and let the RPMs drop back toward idle, it will stumble and make that unnerving lugging sound / feel. It does this until it has been warmed up to operating temperature. Any ideas?

I have a shift-click from 1st to 2nd when it's cold out. Everything is fine once the car warms up...
