Default Need help ACG like problem

Hello fellow S2000 owners, had to make a new account to post a problem that has been making my car un driveable. Okay so the problems are identical to a car that blew it's ACG fuse. My air control solenoid got tangled in my belt and after reattaching all the wires and getting it fixed it has the problems of EPS light coming on, no power steering, abs light, no dash, then bogging down until it finally dies because, surprise the battery isn't getting charged.

Problems are:
EPS light on- no power steering
ABS light on
Dash goes out
Car bogs down and starts limping
Car dies
Dead battery

so far I have replaced:
Battery
Alternator
Both ACG fuses (neither were blown)

I'm at a loss besides checking my grounds tonight. If you guys have any other suggestions please tell me, this is my daily and I have been having to bum rides while I try to fix it so any help whatsoevers is GREATLY appreciated, and yes I did search, like I said it is identical to a car with a blown ACG.

Thank you,
Kyle

Possibly a stupid question, but did you ever get a new belt and replace the belt? Did you make sure the harness to the alternator is properly and securely attached in both locations?

Did not replace the belt because it is a new belt and didn't look damaged. Yes I did I cleaned off both connections and made sure they were secured, I can double check when I get home but I'm 98% sure I connected the new alt correctly.

thank you for your reply
