Do a search and you will find:
a) this is a common complaint
b) there are a variety of causes and solutions depending on said cause
so,
c) there is no easy answer, sorry
A few suggestions, starting with the simplest.
Make sure the clutch is fully depressed and staying that way during the shift. Moving the seat up a click so you really bottom it out may help, and make sure the mat is not impeding pedal travel.
Give the synchros a half second to do their job, the rotational speeds being altered are significant, they need a bit of time to work (physics are physics, they call them laws for a reason).
Clutch cable may need a bit of adjusting or fluid may need a bleeding or a change.
After that, a change in transmission fluid has helped some although there are different opinions on which works best under what conditions and for how long.
Thennnnn, you get into the fun rebuilding stuff. There are probably others to mention but my mind is not up to the task, and do not rule out technique being the cause, as 3 people may all be making the same mistake. Good luck.

I've made about 3 or 4 post on the subject, so a search would give you a lot of info but if you want to skip all that then change your diff and tranny fluid, if that doesn't help you might have a syncro problem and you'll need to do a search on that
